General Informaion

To begin the admission process, a student must submit the application fee, pastor questionnaire, teacher recommendation, and a copy of educational records to ICA. Once we have received all forms, determination will be made as to eligibility. If eligible, parent interview is scheduled. Both parents must attend the interview. Notification of acceptance will be determined within 3 days. Registration fee will guarantee your space at ICA. All tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month. 7% late fee is due after the 5th of each month.

K4 - 5th Grades

Incoming elementary school students must demonstrate adequate academic skills and knowledge (AKS) for their corresponding grade level to gain admission to ICA in that grade level. Adequate AKS can be demonstrated one of two ways:

  1. Satisfactory completion of prior grade and all coursework assigned in a Georgia elementary school up to the date of application to ICA.

  2. If transferring from an elementary school outside of Georgia or transitioning from home schooling, satisfactory completion of entrance exam that corresponds to the student's current grade level.

6th - 8th Grades

Incoming middle school students must demonstrate adequate academic skills and knowledge (AKS) for their corresponding grade level to gain admission to ICA in that grade level. This requirement may be satisfied by either submitting transcripts from the last school attended that show completion of prior grade and all coursework assigned up to the date of application to ICA, if transferring from a Georgia school, or by satisfactorily completing the entrance exam that corresponds to the student's current grade level.
